CHILIS (Children's Librarians of New Hampshire) chose Australia as the theme for this years 2008 NH Summer Reading Program---"G'Day for Reading!"

Joseph will be a busy "little joey" this summer as he travels around the state offering FREE workshops (Origin and history of the Didgeridoo or Learn to Play the Didgeridoo) for children of all ages. He will also be playing along with Children's Singer Songwriter, Steve Blunt and Storyteller Meg Gilman.

In this 2 hour experience you will be guided into restorative yoga postures using props for support so the body can completely relax.While in the postures, Joseph Carringer will play the didgeridoo around your body allowing you to experience the ultra sonic effects of the didgeridoo, energetic clearing and sense deep meditation. This class is designed to help you heal the effects of chronic stress by relaxing the body deeply, and bring the mind to rest in meditation.

This lecture and demonstration will include a rare opportunity to witness psychic medium John Holland as he connects with the spirit world. As he explains the process of linking with spirit, he will also deliver a few messages for some members of the audience. “But,” Holland says, “mediumship is more than just delivering messages. It’s about the confirmation that our spirit lives on once we leave our physical bodies.”
